Please initially submit an extended abstract of equivalent of 2 – 4 A4 pages to the Secretary of ICCMSE, by July 31, 2004. For the submission please use the e-mail address: iccmse@uop.gr (also send a carbon copy to tsimos@mail.ariadne-t.gr )
